Kye Forte has spent his life riding and competing in BMX earning him Red Bull sponsorship, the 2005 World Champs title, Guinness World Record High Jump title and heaps of other 20” titles. He’s the creator of the Red Bull Empire of Dirt competition and has done more on a BMX than most riders could even dream of.
He has always ridden big bikes but stepped up his game in 2014 when he joined Team Wideopenmag to race the full British Downhill Series, Masters World Champs in Norway and film a top-quality, extended video edit which will be released in November this year.
“I haven’t been this motivated in years” Kye told us as he celebrated his 33rd birthday at the British Downhill Series final “I just want to get faster on my downhill bike and make rad edits, I can’t wait for 2015 already!”.
When he isn’t racing his Nukeproof Pulse or shredding his Mega round Dartmoor, Kye is travelling the UK for the ‘day job’ at his company MBE-events where he builds (and rides!) BMX display courses for events like Goodwood Festival of Speed.
