“Nukeproof it’s win’s first EWS!”
The Mega and Sam enjoying that “winning feeling”
Not sure any words can express seeing CRC Nukeproof rider Sam Hill win in Valberg, France at the last round of the Enduro World Series. Sam held off stiff competition from Mountain bike royalty and local Nico Voullioz to win on his custom painted Mega 275.
Sam’s custom painted Mega 275
It’s an amazing achievement for Sam, the team and Nukeproof. Considering the recent change of focus from Downhill. It was a surprise to many, but not Sam, he had come to race to win. With 4 EWS races under his belt (all in the top 10 and 2 on the podium).
It was the first win for Nukeproof at a global Enduro event, with Sam’s Mega 275 Frame decked in the latest Nukeproof components (Warhead Carbon bars, Signature Horizon Pedals and grips and Vector AM saddle).
Despite the gruelling length and physicality of the race, Sam was flat out attacking the course
Loose loam/ mud/ roots and 100’s of turns makes and happy Sam
Sam weaves his way through the famous “Grey Earth” stage
Nukeproof Horizon Signature Pedals- NO HE WILL NOT BE CLIPPING IN ANYTIME SOON!
Going moto- hand guards for protection or just because they looked cool?
The Peoples champ, No matter where you go Sam feels at home due to the amazing fans support- here dropping into the last corner
The win is confirmed….
