At Nukeproof, we value the trust and loyalty of the riders that have chosen the brand, irrespective of what iteration or ownership the brand fell under. Nukeproof riders from the previous ownership of the brand may be in a situation where they are unable to receive warranty or crash replacement support, or facing challenges in obtaining spare parts to keep their bikes on the trail. Under the ownership of Belgian Cycling Factory, we are committed to ensuring Nukeproof riders experience the very best from their bikes, whenever and wherever they purchased them.To that end, we’re excited to introduce a new Nukeproof ‘keep riding’ Programme. This is designed to support all Nukeproof riders, keeping everyone on the trails as much as possible and going back to model year 2020 bikes.Riders who have a Nukeproof that was not originally supplied by Belgian Cycling Factory, and have a broken or damaged frame, can access an equivalent replacement frame (and rear shock if required) at a discounted rate through their local Nukeproof dealer.

How It Works:

• Eligible customers will have the opportunity to purchase a discounted replacement complete frame (excluding the shock) of their choice.
• A selection of frame options will be available under this programme.
• To qualify, customers must:
  • Provide proof of purchase confirming they are the original owner and that the bike or frame was purchased from January 2020 onward.
  • Verify the frame-related issue with our customer service team. (This will cover any issue that would previously have been considered warranty or damage arising from a crash)

This programme reflects our ongoing commitment to supporting our community of riders and ensuring confidence in the Nukeproof brand.

Exclusions:

The irreparable frame must be put “beyond use” before the new frame is sent to the customer.
Damage caused intentionally or cosmetic damage is not included within this offer.
