Christmas team picks

DEAR SANTA...

LOOKING FOR THE PERFECT CHRISTMAS GIFT?

We know MTBer's are notoriously difficult to buy for, so we enlisted the help of our Nukeproof athletes (so you can blame them if they don't like it...)

Adam Brayton

Often found taking over the internet, Nukeproof's resident Pro-vateer Adam Brayton took on the World Cup DH circuit this year whilst dabbling in Red Bull Hardline and an EWS to finish the season.

Favourite Nukeproof product: Garmin over stem mount

Why: "As a self confessed Strava addict, it was an easy choice!"

Ultimate Christmas present: "Mastercraft Wake boat (Take note Meg...)"

Meg Whyte

Meg Whyte. Downhill & enduro racer & all round bike adventurer. Meg's passion for bikes is infectious. Often found traveling the UK and Europe in search of her next favorite trail.

Why: "It's a great all year-round lightweight jacket which can pack down into my bumbag when the Welsh sun comes out"

Ultimate Christmas present: "A pet shark (or a puppy in a shark outfit would suffice). Oh and a pink Suzuki Jimny"

Elliott Heap

Red Bull Hardline, EWS 2021 top 20, 4X world Champs, there really isn't much Elliott can't do. As entertaining off the bike as on it, this pie loving Wigan-er sure knows how to ride a bike.

Favourite Nukeproof product: Enduro race grip- super soft compounds

Why: "Ultimate grip in every condition imaginable"

Ultimate Christmas present: "A riding holiday with all my mates!"

Ultimate Christmas present: "I'd love a Nukeproof private jet to get to races in style"

Jacy Schumilak

Mechanic to the legend Sam Hill and one of the most meticulous and knowledgable mechanics of all time, what Jacy doesn't know about bikes isn't worth knowing.

Favourite Nukeproof product: Horizon V2 Wheelset

Why: "The all black look, the rim durability and how well sealed the bearings/freehub are make them a great set of wheels."

Ultimate Christmas present: "I’d have to second Kelan’s private jet! That way Sam and I could get to the races without all of the extra steps that are required in today’s world."
